Upon arrival the field supervisor and operators will discuss safety, job details and specifications. T3 Energy Services supervises the job from start to finish, ensuring the job is done on time, to engineer specifications and company quality standards.
Operators upon arrival will verify that any underground lines in the work area are marked by 811. After verifying all lines are identified operators will verify that the surveyed location matches the engineered plat given.
Operators will then begin taking grade shots of proposed location to determine subgrade elevation. Once subgrade elevation is determined the operators will begin the “cut and fill” process to balance the subgrade.
While material is being brought in with belly dumps operators will grade out material and begin processing and compacting material. Once the final grade is achieved the pad will be finished, bladed and rolled.

After the P & A of the well T3 Energy Services comes in and restores the location back to natural ground.
This task includes
- Tank battery and facility removal
- Discing the soil and replanting native grass
- Watering reclaimed area
